Closing the gap between who you are deep-down, and how your daily life looks right now.
Understand what your neurodivergence means for you. Then untangle the struggles to feel more confident, energised and at home in your life.

Life’s been harder than it should be for a long time. Things work for a while and then they don't. You try hard but can’t sustain it.
You were always a bit of a mystery to yourself, and then came the realisation.
Maybe you got a diagnosis. Maybe you recognised yourself in something you read online and thought: Oh. OH.
Whether it was recent, or you’ve had a diagnosis for years, you’ve started to make sense of yourself and your life in a new way.
When you identify your neurodivergence everything changes - but life doesn’t automatically get easier.
There’s relief in understanding yourself better, but there’s also grief.
You want to set goals, but you’re also scared that nothing will work for you.
There are new questions on your mind. Do you tell people? How will things be different, and how much does this ‘define’ you?
Then there are still those familiar old questions in the background: What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I just make it happen?
Nothing’s wrong with you, it never was. You just didn’t know what you were dealing with, and didn’t have the right support to make life work.

Coaching is where you make sense of your neurodivergence, then apply that to your life and identity. It’s where you figure out who you are as a neurodivergent person, and get beyond the things that have kept you stuck up to now.

Coaching works best when your neurodivergence is at the heart of the process. Sometimes it’s in the background rather than the foreground of our conversation - but it’s always there.
The process really fits who you are. Not just the masked you, or the you who thinks it’s all possible until the crash comes next week.
We tackle the real obstacles. The ones that might seem insignificant to others, but that we know will block any progress if we don’t explore them fully.
Things like procrastination, not being able to get started, making a plan and then getting sidelined or losing motivation.
When these are actively explored in the conversation, you can’t really fail. Because any setbacks become valuable insights that we take the time to figure out.

What we focus on in neuroaffirming coaching
It's different for everyone, but these are some common themes, and the changes people notice when we work on them:
Focus and follow-through
It’s easier to get started and stay on task, even on the big things you usually avoid.
You make plans and stick to them, because the new habits and routines fit your brain.
You can make decisions more easily and have more time for the things that matter to you.
energy and capacity
You stop running on empty and crashing; things get steadier.
You’re able to relax and unwind rather than pushing all the time.
You balance work, rest and social time in a way that feels good.
emotional regulation and stability
You can recover better from stress, criticism or setbacks.
You’re less overwhelmed (and you don’t spiral so much).
You’ve got more tools and skills to regulate and steady yourself.
unmasking and disclosure
You know how and when you want to tell other people about your neurodivergence.
You feel able to safely unmask, and you reclaim your energy as a result.
You get clear on what you actually want, rather than what you’re ‘supposed’ to want.
Confidence and self-trust
You remember who you are, and feel more confident to be yourself.
You can genuinely see what you’re brilliant at, not just what you’re getting wrong.
You trust yourself and your own decisions, the self-doubt and comparison have got quieter.
Why I specialise in coaching Autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults
Because that realisation was so impactful for me, I went on to specialise in coaching for neurodivergent adults. My lived experience shapes my approach as much as my professional training and credentials do.
My clients say that makes a big difference. Because working with someone who really gets it is so valuable.

My coaching journey with Christina was incredible. Through working with her I gained clarity and challenged myself. The work gave me perspective and enabled me to recognise my successes whilst identifying learnings. Christina is non-judgemental and helped me to be the best version of myself. It can be lonely at the top, so I appreciated a valuable critical friend. I highly recommend working with Christina.

Christina's supportive, intuitive, and encouraging coaching method resulted in lots of 'a ha' moments and a ton of new ideas. I was on such a high vibe after each session as the puzzle pieces clicked into place. Now I have so much more clarity on my goals and vision and how I see my future, and my confidence and self-esteem are so much higher too.

Christina's warmth, kindness and supportive challenge have really helped me to grow in confidence and focus. I started our first session with terrible imposter syndrome and now find myself feeling confident that I can grow my business and feel clear on the tools and strategies I need to do this. Above all else, Christina gave me the space and time I needed to arrive at my solutions and I will be eternally grateful.

How ADHD, autism and AuDHD coaching works
Coaching with me follows a clear structure, but it’s not rigid or linear. We roughly follow these stages within a session, and across the coaching progress as a whole - but we jump around them too as new insights and learning come in.
Between sessions, you’ll take actions that match your goals and capacity: sometimes small experiments, sometimes bigger steps than you thought were possible. We review what happened together so you can see what’s working, make adjustments and keep momentum.
Clarifying what you want
Setting goals can be a nightmare when you’re neurodivergent. You can’t decide, or it’s hard to believe you can actually get there because you’ve failed in the past. We take all of that into account and spend time finding out what you really want and how you can actually get there this time.
Understanding what’s been in the way
We look closely at what’s been holding you back or keeping you stuck; getting specific and realistic about the obstacles through the lens of neurodivergence. We also get clear on your neurodivergent traits and how they’re impacting you.
Creating new ways forward
During sessions we think together on your goals, and our conversations surface new insights and possibilities. Sometimes the focus is your inner world - shifting beliefs or perspectives, for example. At other times we’re designing practical steps towards your goals that feel sustainable and achievable.
Reviewing, adjusting and integrating
As you take action, we pay attention to your mind and body states. We celebrate progress, reflect on strengths, and anchor new beliefs about what’s possible. Transformation happens when we focus not just on what you got done, but on who you’re becoming in the process.

FAQs
Common questions people ask before we start working together.
If you are experiencing a high level of distress or you're currently unable to go about your usual daily life tasks due to the level of emotional turbulence you're experiencing, coaching is not the best fit just for now. I will signpost you to an appropriate service so that you can get the support you need. Depending on what's happening, that could be a crisis service or a therapist.
I specialised during my post-graduate coaching diploma in the intersection between neuroscience and neurodivergence, and I have completed further training in the applied neuroscience of transformation. Whilst we don't necessarily speak about it explicitly in sessions, my work is informed by both general neuroscience and the specific neurological differences present in neurodivergence. I'm not a scientist, but this is an area where I will keep researching and deepening my knowledge.
I have done training in trauma-informed coaching and I keep on top of learning around the intersection of trauma and neurodivergence. There is a lot of crossover between neurodivergent traits, neurodivergent burnout and complex trauma and it's important as a practitioner to be aware of the distinctions. I am not, however, a trauma therapist. This means that I am informed on how to work with trauma should it come up in the coaching, but we are not actively moving towards it or doing trauma healing work as such.
Sessions are generally one hour long. Most of my clients find they can stay focused and engaged for an hour, and some even ask for two hour sessions so that we can really 'get in the zone'. If you find at any point that an hour is too long for you to stay focused, or that you find it overwhelming to talk for that long, we can arrange shorter sessions for you. It's worth trying the hour first as it can be surprising the amount of focus you feel during these kinds of conversation!
In the first session we spend extra time finding out what your current situation is and what you would like more of, or what your goals are. If you're not so clear on your goals we spend time discussing them, and sometimes doing visualisations or writing exercises to help with that (adapted to however you think best). I check with you each session what your priorities are, and as the conversation continues I'll keep checking to make sure we're making progress in the right direction. If it's relevant, towards the end of the session we'll make some action plans or design an 'experiment' you can try before we next meet.
The best way to find out is to book a call, because finding the right coach for you is a really personal choice. Sometimes coaching conversations are quite deep - even a bit uncomfortable, because we're challenging old belief systems or limitations that might have been in your way. So it's important to find a coach you feel you can trust, and one you like!
You can set up a free call with me if you'd like to discuss their situation and find out whether coaching with me would work for them. Ideally, though, you'd share my details with the other person and they can book in a call with me directly. It's important that the person is motivated and engaged in the process independently, and that they speak with me before we start work to make sure they feel it's a fit too.
Yes. I work online and I have clients in several countries, including America and various countries in Europe and Asia. If you're not sure if you'll find appointments that work for your timezone, get in touch and we can take a look together.
I work with adults, so those who are over 18. If you're a young person or a parent looking for support for your child or teen, get in touch and I'll point you towards some colleagues who specialise in working with young people.
ADHD, autism and AuDHD are the main forms I work with, simply because that's where I have lived experience as well as professional training. I also work with dyspraxic and dyslexic people, and with people (like me) who have multiple diagnoses. My approach tends to be a good fit for other types of neurodivergence too, so if you're unsure just get in touch.
You don't have to wait unless you want to, and it's useful because you can start putting positive changes in place before getting assessed. It can also mean you go into your assessment feeling more confident and better prepared for the process.
No. Plenty of the people I work with are self-identified, on a waiting list, or still working out whether they want a diagnosis. What we work from is how things are for you day to day, and any support you need through the diagnostic process.
