Neuroaffirming coaching

ADHD, autism and AuDHD coaching services

Supporting you across life, work and business. A specialised coaching approach grounded in lived experience.

People arrive at neurodiversity coaching from all kinds of starting points.

You might be newly discovering you’re neurodivergent and deciding whether to pursue diagnosis, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. You might already have an ADHD diagnosis but are now realising that you might be autistic as well - or vice versa.

You may be more settled in your neurodivergent identity, but still struggling to turn that understanding into a life that works for you. Maybe you’re facing something more specific: a career shift that feels impossible to start, burnout from a draining job, or shifting your business into a shape that’s more sustainable for you.

Which area of life is your top priority for coaching?

I work with people on career transitions, setting up and running businesses, or creating new habits and a more fulfilling personal life. You can read more about my approach for each of these areas of coaching.

If you're coming in with goals that span more than one of these areas, that's fine too - book a call and we'll figure out the best approach for you.

Not sure where to start?

You don’t need to pick a pathway in terms of my services - the coaching is completely tailored to you regardless. I’ve organised the sections here on the most common starting points people have for coaching, so that you can read more about the aspects that resonate most for you.

All of the categories lead to the same coaching approach and packages though, so it's fine if it's less clear-cut for you. And the best next step is always a free call with me to talk through what’s bringing you to coaching.

Coaching for different neurotypes

ADHD, autism or both?

There’s so much crossover between autism and ADHD, and AuDHD brings its own distinct patterns. The diagnostic process and clinical language have real limitations - they can be too pathologising and simplistic compared to the nuanced, complex ways neurodivergence shows up. But even with those flaws, the lenses of autism, ADHD and AuDHD can be incredibly valuable. They offer language for experiences that you’ve struggled to name; objective concepts that make sense of what’s been hard (and therefore point to the solutions that might support you best).

Autism coaching

It can be overwhelming navigating life with autism, especially if you haven't had the information or support you need to thrive.

With autism coaching, life can become more manageable and easeful over time. We can focus on anything from sensory processing to unmasking, or managing your energy in a way that's more sustainable.

When you understand yourself in a more compassionate way, and can advocate for your needs, you can start to fully embrace the unique way you experience life.

ADHD coaching

Making sense of your ADHD can be a relief and a reckoning all at once. It explains so much, but it doesn’t give you instructions for an easier life day-to-day.

ADHD coaching supports you to build up a clear picture of your version of ADHD, and what solutions you actually need to get beyond survival mode.

You understand your executive functioning, coping strategies, emotional patterns and ways of thinking. You get why the conventional advice never stuck for you, and you know what to do next.

AuDHD coaching

When you're both autistic and ADHD, it can feel like one side of you is tripping up the other.
You have competing needs, and that creates a push-pull in daily life.

AuDHD coaching helps you find balance between those internal paradoxes. You may need both predictability and novelty, connection and alone time. In this coaching process, we work with that rather than trying to squeeze you into a process that doesn't fit.

We can focus on both ADHD and autism in sessions, and on the bigger picture of your life and identity as a whole.

I was looking for a sense of direction - more happiness and a clear decision on where to take my work. The coaching made things so much clearer and changed my perspective on my life and my work. It's given me the confidence and self-belief to say and do what I believe with conviction, and shown me that there are no barriers to where I can take myself. I've stopped doubting myself and procrastinating too!

Working with Christina has been fantastic. She's helped me gain confidence and address practical and personal barriers. To have someone to regularly discuss issues arising has been like having a friend with all the answers. In short, I've felt supported by someone who cares and who also knows how to advise while tailoring to my own unique needs! Thank you!

Every coaching session with Christina felt like a big step forward! I was particularly impressed with how she quickly understood my goals and helped me to take action on a number of ideas that I'd been stuck on. She was equally at home talking about the big picture and the nitty gritty details, and I now have a plan that I can put into action over the coming weeks, months, and years.

How ADHD, autism and AuDHD coaching works

Coaching with me follows a clear structure, but it’s not rigid or linear. We roughly follow these stages within a session, and across the coaching progress as a whole - but we jump around them too as new insights and learning come in.

Between sessions, you’ll take actions that match your goals and capacity: sometimes small experiments, sometimes bigger steps than you thought were possible. We review what happened together so you can see what’s working, make adjustments and keep momentum.

Clarifying what you want

Setting goals can be a nightmare when you’re neurodivergent. You can’t decide, or it’s hard to believe you can actually get there because you’ve failed in the past. We take all of that into account and spend time finding out what you really want and how you can actually get there this time.

Understanding what’s been in the way

We look closely at what’s been holding you back or keeping you stuck; getting specific and realistic about the obstacles through the lens of neurodivergence. We also get clear on your neurodivergent traits and how they’re impacting you.

Creating new ways forward

During sessions we think together on your goals, and our conversations surface new insights and possibilities. Sometimes the focus is your inner world - shifting beliefs or perspectives, for example. At other times we’re designing practical steps towards your goals that feel sustainable and achievable.

Reviewing, adjusting and integrating

As you take action, we pay attention to your mind and body states. We celebrate progress, reflect on strengths, and anchor new beliefs about what’s possible. Transformation happens when we focus not just on what you got done, but on who you’re becoming in the process.
