My background
Read more about my background, the training I've done and the accreditations I hold as a coach and trainer.
If you'd rather read a more personal version of my story, and how I came to specialise in neurodivergent coaching, click on 'my story' below.

My background and experience
I'm accredited to PCC level by the International Coaching Federation, as well as being accredited as an ADHD coach with the Association of Coaching. I've completed post-graduate studies in neurodiversity coaching, as well as training in neuroscience-informed, trauma-sensitive approaches.
With over ten years of experience in the personal development field, I bring practical business acumen from my background in strategic marketing and business coaching. This is combined with training and experience in mental health first aid and trauma-informed coaching, leading to a holistic, in-depth approach that adapts to each person and their needs.

Christina has a lovely warm style when coaching. Her use of the right question as well as silence, gives you time and space to think, which helps you find your solutions. I highly recommend Christina as your Coach!

Christina is a supportive and encouraging coach, she helps you to really focus on what your goals are, to quieten your inner critic and to feel calm and empowered. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her coaching.
